What the Board Approved

• The Board intends to replace the aging asphalt shingle roofs with a long‑lasting metal roofing system, pending required owner approval under Section 97.

• Once owners approve, the Board will move forward with the project and award the contract to Alpha Roofing Canada Corporation, the selected  roofing contractor.

• The project will be funded through the Reserve Fund, with support from the Operating Fund if needed to maintain cash flow.

• The President and Vice‑President will be authorized to sign all contracts and documents required to carry out the work.

• Owners will receive regular updates throughout the project to ensure transparency and clear communication.
